The Cottage has been designed in harmony with, and to the same high standard as the adjacent River Birches lodge which carries the Qualmark / Luxury Lodge of New Zealand “Luxury Lodge” badge.

River Birches is the closest Five Star Luxury Lodge to the Tongariro Crossing. The Lodge is set within a peaceful garden-scape beside the renown Tongariro River.
