Mom Tri’s Villa Royale is set on Kata Bay headland, on the southwest coast of Phuket. Lapped by the turquoise Andaman Sea and with two beautiful beaches, Kata Bay is approximately 45 kilometres from Phuket International Airport and 16 kilometres from Phuket town.

Known as the ‘Pearl of the Andaman’, Phuket is Thailand’s largest island with an area of some 530 square kilometres. Once home to simple sleepy fishing villages, over the past 20 years Phuket has transformed into one of Asia's most sought after beach destinations.

The island is located at approximately 8° North and 98° East, with a tropical climate that averages 30°C. Temperatures vary little from month to month and generally range between 22.5°C and 33°C.

• From Phuket town – take the bypass road to the Kata area by following the signs.
